CMAT is a computer based test. It is organized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). This test is conducted twice an year and the candidates can appear for both the tests. Better of the two results will be considered during the admission processes during an academic year. The period of conducting these tests is tentatively Sep – Oct and Feb – Mar.
CMAT Format
CMAT has 4 sections –
- Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning
- Language Comprehension
- General Awareness
Each Section has 25 questions and the candidate can attempt the questions and sections in any order. There is 1/4 negative marking.
Test duration – 180 mins
CMAT Eligibility
- Students who have completed their graduation
- Students in their final year of graduation
The scores of CMAT will be valid for the current academic year only.
